The story follows Simiso, a musically gifted student who is chosen to be the school choirs captain In an effort to help the choir reclaim its former glory, Simiso decides to use his newfound role to introduce his passion for Gwijo into the choir's repertoire. He disrupts the natural order of the school and creates enemies that force him to choose whether to conform or to carve his own way in the school.
